The Design And Implementation Of Judicial Community Corrections System For Tianjin Dagang District

With the development of Internet technology, the network is well applied in all walks of life. It also can play many roles in the judiciary, inmates can be supervised on community. Positioning is the key of judicial community correction, and community correction can help solving problems of various corrective activities, so that judicial correction becomes civilized, efficient and of high quality. Now some of Chinese communities have used the judicial community correction system, Dagang District of Tianjin’ try of community correction is in the initial stage, the original correction management can not meet the needs of the development of community correction of Dagang District of Tianjin. For this reason, Dagang District of Tianjin needs to establish a judicial community correction system.The technical architecture design of the system was confirmed according to the technical architecture design that similar systems used. The system used B/S architecture for operating system functions on the World Wide Web, the use of J2EE architecture made more standardized platform, with the MVC design pattern, struts, hibernate technology enabled each module clearer. In addition, the system used the relational database SQL SERVER 2012.The judicial community correction system of Dagang District of Tianjin mainly achieved starting correction service, regional monitoring and alarm services, information exchange management services, file information management, correction appraisal management service, report management and unlocking correction management. Starting correction module implemented the management of personnel files, fence, modifying and deleting personnel files. Regional monitoring and alarm module implemented personnel positioning, historical track playback, viewing personnel information, man-machine separation investigation, cross-border alarm, cross-border alarm processing and expiration warning processing. Information exchange management module implemented texting management, centralized learning notification, community service notification and SMS records. File information management module implemented the management of corrective program, help record, visit registration, viewing correction personnel files, printing file and uploading scanning copy. Correction appraisal management module implemented the management of incentive records, leaving registration, learning activities, community services, counseling conversation, thinking report, points query, monthly grading, etc.. Report management achieved the functions of automatic generation of statistics reports of correction personnel, viewing my reports, the townships and urban units filling reports, upper judicial authorities above districts and countries auditing repots, returning reports, etc.. Unlocking correction implemented two services, unlocking correction and placement, help and education.After running, the system enabled the management of the judicial correction work in Dagang District of Tianjin more modern and humanized.
