In the design and application of electronic products, how to control the consumption has been an important issue. In recent years, ARM’s 32 bit kernel named Cortex-M was selected by most MCU manufactures. As the best one of the series, ARM Cortex-M4 processor is the latest embedded processor developed by ARM, in the hybrid digital signal control market, nowadays, higher efficiency and more convenient as for control and signal processing functions are in urgent need ARM Cortex-M4 processor provides a more flexible, emerging category solutions for embedded system, car audio and power management, motor control, industrial automation and other related market.In this thesis, through in-depth study of excellent performance and key technology of the Cortex-M4 processor, and it carries on the careful comparison with the performance of similar products, puts forward a kind of micro controller that based on Cortex-M4 as the core to redesign and optimize for peripheral circuits, and realizes. In order to replace the data collector of the MSP430 as the control core, which used in the oil and other industrial production environment, to collect the liquid level, temperature, pressure, flow and other data,and in different work modes, to get targets for achieving higher performance and lower power consumption.The final test results show that the implementation of data acquisition system have great superiority on the performance and power consumption. Predictably, the application in industrial production, to reduce the cost and power consumption, will have a strong role in promoting.
