| In order to effectively solve the small and medium manufacturing enterprises equipment, manpower, knowledge and the shortage of other manufacturing resources, and improve their utilization by integrating distributed manufacturing resources. This paper combines cloud manufacturing technology with service-oriented manufacturing concept, researches the system structure and key technologies of cloud manufacturing services platform for small and medium enterprises, and a prototype system is developed. The main research work are:(1)The overall structural design of the platform. A system architecture is built including support layer, resource layer, tool layer, core service layer and user layer. The operating mode of offline and online is established. The overall functional structure is proposed which including service management module,matching module, transaction management module, standard process management module, platform management module.(2)The research of key technologies. In terms of virtualization, use XML resource description template to achieve manufacturing resources virtualization.In terms of supply and demand intelligent matching, a matching method based on basic information primary selection, functional information preselection selection, evaluation information optimization selection is proposed. In terms of credit evaluation, the credit evaluation index system is established, and the related evaluation method based on AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is researched.(3)The detailed design of the platform. Both the five function modules and database are designed in detail.(4)The implementation of prototype system. Use ASP.NET and SQL2005 to develop prototype system, in addition, verify the effectiveness of the proposedplatform. |
