In the21st century, the information society has already come and the computertechnology and e-commerce are increasingly developing. The machinerymanufacturing has to turn from the product-oriented manufacture toservice-oriented manufacture. The traditional networked manufacturing has beenunable to meet so many market demands such as dynamic, data sharing andmany-to-many service. The cloud manufacturing service platform just like a baby hasa broad market prospect and huge commercial value and has brought unprecedentedopportunities for development to SMEs. However, when the gaze of people turnedfrom the networked manufacturing to the cloud manufacturing service platform, thelack of credit evaluation system has become a key factor which is a constraint for thefurther development of cloud manufacturing service platform. Therefore, it is verynecessary to research the credit evaluation system of SMEs based on cloudmanufacturing service platform.It is very necessary to clear the related concepts and definitions of cloudmanufacturing mode and both supply and demand sides of cloud manufacturingservices platform. Through researching the affecting factors of credit risk of SMEsand e-commerce, based on the study of the evaluation credit of e-commerce,combined with the existing condition of SMEs credit and the research on creditevaluation of SMEs, this thesis researches the credit evaluation of SMEs based oncloud manufacturing service platform. Combined with characteristic of SMEs andcloud manufacturing service platform, with reference to the credit evaluation of SMEsand e-commerce, solicited the opinions of the experts, this thesis constructs creditevaluation index of both supply and demand sides of cloud manufacturing servicesplatform and provides the enterprise levels and comprehensive credit developmentindex. Based on constructing the credit evaluation index system of cloudmanufacturing service platform, this thesis utilizes to determine the index weight ofcredit evaluation. According to the principle of AHP, this thesis structures thejudgment matrix and applies the Matlab software to realize related data calculationand finally determine the index weight. Based on these, the credit evaluation model divided into two evaluation stages which are static and dynamic. Through theverification of example, the practical significance has been proved.
