Nowadays,intelligent control system has been widely used in all kinds of industrial fields. Today ARM,CPLD is developing rapidly,and apply them into control system. Not only can improve the speed and stability of control system, but also makes the system’s function richer and operation easier.Firstly, the paper described the principle of the control system research and analysis the system application characteristics. And combined with the system requirements. Based consideration on the using environment, functional requirements, performance, cost control and other factors,we used the ARM STM32F407chip as the control system and used EPM7128 chip and 80C51 chip as our data collection control center.First, on the front of the access control system, In order to guarantee the stability of operating speed and data sampling system, paper used a variety of techniques. Among them, used of single-chip technology to control the programmable amplification chip and auto-zero function, and use CPLD to control data acquisition and storage to make the system more intelligent,and more versatility; while in order to make the output enforcement agencies more accurate in the system, paper set flutter valve and valve balancing module in the output system to eliminate the error; the communication module, the paper makes use of network communications and switches make system transmission speed faster, and can achieve more channels expansion; Also in the control mode, the paper provides a variety of control methods, so that the control system means more dollars; at the same time users of the system only needs to operate the system by the PC interface which developed by the system, data collection, data analysis, preservation and control of the implementation,all of them can be done in the PC interface. Make it easier to control the entire system.In the end,paper debugged the entire control system,the results shows good,the control system performance is good and system is reliable and easy to operate.
