Design And Analysis Of Financial Information Network Platform For ERP System

Informatization is the trend of current world development, the emergence and the progress of enterprise information promoted the degree of enterprise resource utilization as well as the accounting informatization development; In the ERP environment, although it achieves enterprise resources integration, effectively improves the resource utilization of the enterprise, but enterprise’s cash flow, information flow circulation is still subject to the difficulty of data exchange、the lower information quality and the less use of depth, its root lies in the computer can not "read" financial information in pdf, word, excel html and other format.The international financial standard,XBRL(eXtensible Business Reporting Language), is a new markup language for data processing and exchange based on XML(eXtensible Markup Language) technology.XBRL technology appears to be a good solution to these problems, it provides a unified data storage format, standardized the electronic exchange of business information, provides financial reports and business rules, semantic terms of a global identity, and established articulation between the financial data by linkbase technology, which makes the computer can understand these relationships and automatically complete the inspection, thus greatly improving the accuracy of the data and saving labor costs. With powerful computing features XBRL can also achieve in-depth analysis of financial reporting data and use large amounts of data into useful information for decision-making, to fully exploit the value of financial reporting data.with the application of ERP gradually in-depth、the technical specifications of XBRL 2.1 becoming mature and stable as well as a series of national standards promulgated, enterprises need more service from a XBRL financial information platform for ERP system.This thesis is based on the ERP system,aims to design a network financial information platform with XBRL technology, further using XBRL internal management advantages, to fill inadequate of relevant research. Specifically, the paper studies the following questions:1.Studying the supply chain process of the existing ERP system, and integrate them into the design information platform, make it clear on how to achieve the integration information using of ERP systems based on XBRL;2.Summarizing the existing XBRL GL theories,in order to make up for the relatively less on current domestic research,to prepare for the following study, and to discuss how to design the information platform with the XBRL GL transaction detail information;3.Using data mining and OLAP technology to achieve the comparative analysis of existing XBRL FR information, and display them by an intuitive graph.Though many technical problems have been encountered in the designing process, I gradually complete the above design through continuous and in-depth study, and makes beneficial attempts for the application of XBRL.
