PLEXUS Electronics (Hangzhou) limited Company owned by PLEXUS Corporate in America, total 420 employees, is the branch and directly managed from PLEXUS Asia. There are kinds of small programs developed by the Asia Regional team, add-in the exited system, such as E-Leave, E-Attendance, E-OT, E-Confirmation, and Shift system, which are operating individually and can only upload to the existed HR system. Besides, the America Corporate invested millions of dollars on a system called Work Day (WD), by which to manage the HR in respective manufacturing site directly. However the WD did not play its role entirely, the site was even suffered it. Hangzhou site depend on implemented a HR system to manage the employee information, and payroll computation. Almost all the data were manually keyed in. In this condition, the existed system are very basic data collection system, cannot be joint to WD. Systematization and informationization on the HR management system should have opportunities to be improved.It becomes important to develop a new HR management system, by which to meet the requirement of uploading data to Corporate WD system, and integrate the existed systems included the add-in program; In the article, the new HR management system is designed based on the analysis of existed system, actual activities situation, and focus on the demand, instruction and design purpose of the system. The new HR system structured sub-system modules according to the business requirement, in which focus on HR Personal File, Contract Management, Payment Management, Attendance Management, Recruitment Management, and Statics Analysis. The new system, supported by the sub-system modules, can make users to utilize the workflow through computer net work, to complete kinds of HR business. Among the designation, the users’ actual and individual demands were carefully considered, the operation interface were also simplified and conveniently operated. In the current internet circumstance, the system adopted B/S method, and constructed on the existed company intranet, and communicated with Asia Regional and America Corporate.The article introduced the designation and realization of the PLEXUS Electronics HR Management which is an Information Management system integrated the employee management, payment management, and decision analysis. The Information Management system plays a great role to increase the efficiency of the Hangzhou HR management. During the designation and realization of the system, its visualization were improved a lot on data collection, and reports analysis, with no additional investment on manpower, which provides great supports on strategy decisions for the company that to be outstanding among the fast changing market environment.
