With the rapid development of the enterprise, the management of employee attendance became one of the difficulties with the establish of the branches. The phenomenon that employees don’t attendance on time cased great waste of human resources, reduced the production efficiency and made it at a disadvantage in the fierce market competition. While traditional attendance system are mostly limited to the local area, when it comes to different regions it cannot work normally, and the traditional system of check on work attendance uses identification methods, such as card registration, which can’t do the only binding with employees, so it appears stay-to-clock easily. Therefore, faced with the needs of the development of the current group, it has become the focus in current attendance management work that how to make use of computer network technology and the characteristics of biological recognition technology to achieve effective employee attendance management.In order to meet the attendance requirements of the whole group company, Tianjin Binhai tourist area real estate co., LTD developed the fingerprint attendance system based on group distributed applications. Through the use of computer network technology, we can made each branch in different areas to upload the attendance data to the web attendance management system in the absence of terminal. We can bind every employee one-to-one with the identification process during the attendance, and identify employee by recording the employee’s fingerprint information to strengthen security. The system not only can make the group understand the attendance for the whole group and get access to all staff attendance detail and summary information and the company subordinate employees can also be convenient for personal attendance information query and special application. The system mainly includes four subsystems, respectively for the WEB attendance management subsystem, WEB terminal management subsystem, personal attendance management subsystem information WEB query subsystem and statements.Fingerprint attendance system based on group distributed applications according to the characteristics of the group’s regional branches, the design adopted the advanced B/S mode and the SSH layer architecture to highlight the concept of the core of intelligent technology. According to the characteristics of the numerous group, the method of embedded DSP system or fingerprint cannot meet the requirements of system operation speed and storage, so the fingerprint attendance machine used by this system has its own database server. In the process of system requirements and analysis, we adopt the advanced object-oriented analysis and design method to model the fingerprint attendance system. Group headquarters installs WEB server equipment for the management system and provides the administrator with equipment management platform and provide the database support for attendance devices. Division administrators use browser to log in the WEB server and manage the system according to their own rights, and each department staff also use the system of check on work attendance through their permission.Through the development of the fingerprint attendance system, we realized the effective management of staff attendance for Tianjin Binhai tourist area real estate co., LTD. within the scope of the whole group effective management of staff attendance. And through the design and implementation of the four subsystems, we completed the group headquarters and the company’s employee attendance management of all kinds of needs. This system adopts the "intelligent" as the core of Internet attendance management technology and artificial intelligence technology, and integrate this system through the software, hardware, network, biometric identification technology to provide enterprises with diversified management platform and to save administrative costs and to improve the enterprise efficiency.
