UWB antenna is a kind of data communication antennas which owns abilities of high EFT, fast transmission, excellent security and low transmitted power and so on. This study has successfully developed an integrated UWB fabric micro strip antenna and its 2-unit and 4-unit array patterns based on HFSS simulation software. Moreover, this study has explored their radiance too.Via setting up basic parameters, we get the best simulated size of this antenna in the HFSS software. Combined with fabric technology, 17 integrated UWB fabric antennas have been made using for exploring the radiance influence. The research result showed as follow:(1) Firstly, bend antenna in rigidity way. Along with angle of bend or frequency increasing, gain and efficiency entirety fall down while directivity presents rising. When it is used for orientation application, we could do rigidity bending deeply. When it is used for all directions’ radiation, we should avoid bending in order to keep energy.(2) Secondly, bend antenna in flexibility way. Along with angle of bend or frequency increasing, efficiency and directivity go down entirety. Flexibility bending will lead to gain falling obviously at first. Then along with the angle of bend increasing, gain keeps the same. Along with the frequency increasing, gain descends. So flexibility bending will bring about the radiance weaken. We had better avoid it as possible.(3) To twist copper wire in across warp, the radiation which twisted is much better than untwisted; The radiation in Z-twist direction is better than in S. Along with the degree of twist increasing, antenna’s directivity gets obviously improved and efficiency presents first increasing then decreasing tendency. When the degree of twist is 250 per meter, the efficiency reaches the top while it stays the lowest in 500 twist degrees per meter. Along with the degree of twist increasing, gain goes up. So this antenna of twist copper wire in across warp with best radiation is Z twist direction and 250 twist degrees per meter.Based on HFSS software and array designing ways, cutting and adding feed-networkwill help UWB fabric micro-strip anrray antenna with 2 units and 4 units to make. The conclusion shows as follow: the radiation of array antennas are much better than single antenna; the signal emission quantity of 2-unit and 4-unit array antennas have already reached the standard of small station; 2-unit array antenna owns wider radiation frequency band than 4-unit; but 4-unit array antenna owns better efficiency and directivity than 2-unit one.
