Design For A Spring-based Comprehensive Management System For Going Abroad On Business

In recent years, with growing of China’s comprehensive strength, and deepening of reform and opening-up, more and more personnel go abroad on business. The Party’s central leadership is paying increasingly more attention to management of going abroad on business, and requires thai centralized management on that by proper authoriti.es should be enhanced. The continuously improved requirements on management of going abroad on business bring new opportunities and challenges on both management of the approval for going abroad on business and the corresponding visa issuing. How to enhance management on such affairs and improve the efficiency of the foreign affairs service, how to build a flexible comprehensive management system that can be shared and is capable of using data on demand has become an urgent issue to be dealt with for the Shanghai Municipal Government Foreign Affairs Office.Firstly, to make it clear that it is necessary to develop a Spring-based comprehensive management system for going abroad on business, the status quo and problems concerning approval of going abroad on business and the application of the corresponding visa for public passport holders under the existing management system for such affairs are discussed. Furthermore, the functions of the Spring technology adopted by the system are described, the main process of approval for delegates of going abroad on business and the visa application for related public passport holders is analyzed. Then, the architecture for such Spring-based management system is analyzed, and the detailed design for going-aboard application subsystem of and visa application acceptance subsystem are explained with focus on the implementation of the comprehensive management system using Spring-based integrated database. At last, the scalability and system investment efficiency are analyzed.
