With the rapid development of Internet products, in particular the arrival of the mobile Internet boom, the number of Internet products has far exceeded the demand of users. Compared to offline products, users decreased their attention when they are using the Internet products. This paper focused on the degree of bearing negative experience through the Internet users for learning and adaptation of products. In particular, on the background of mobile Internet products highly developing, the influence of user experience in selecting and learning products has become increasingly evident. What factors cause negative emotions and what range of tolerance become the focus of this research.In the actual course of the study, through status research of evaluating user experience of Internet products at home and abroad, this topic summarized the current problems existing in the assessment. By qualitative researches, such as interviews and collecting scenario stories, the research summarized the factors causing negative user experiences, which are classified by Card Sorting, Then, the research established the user experience dimension of Internet products based on tolerance-- CIS model.To apply the design strategies to the specific practices better, the topic chosed category of Dining Apps for the study. Firstly, the topic analyzed user experience dimensions of Dining Apps by quantitative research methods; Secondly, the appropriate acceptable and minimum acceptable levels were investigated respectively, then we drew the zone of tolerance for each user experience dimension, combined with the weight relationships of user experience dimensions for Dining Apps; According to the characteristics of zone of tolerance for the Dining Apps, the topic summed up the design strategies based on the interaction, content and security; Finally, the topic selected the Recipe App as a practice recommended object, analyzing the difference between the actual experience performance of existing products and the zone of tolerance for Dining App, then determining the product opportunity, outputting of information architecture and interface flow chart.
