Project Management System Of Construction Enterprise

The project is a basic management unit of construction enterprise. At present, the construction of project management in China Railway 22 nd Bureau is in the decentralized construction stage, unified planning, unified construction of the weaker; there is a larger gap between the information systems of sub-companise;also, data can’t be shared interaction. Therefore, it needs to establish a system of the project management,from the group company to the engineering companies,even to the project department,to achieve the goal of unified management and data sharing.This paper has done some research on the basic situation and development trend of the engineering project management information system, analysied the current application status of project management system at home and abroad. Combinning the characteristics and needs of the enterprise itself, arrounding the business processes, functional requirements, non-functional requirements, it has carried out a detailed needs analysis of the system in detail. It has carried on the system architecture, the overall function, logic, process design, even on the detailed design of each business function. Before the project promotion, it has carried on a careful design on the test plan to ensure the online promotion effect.The research and design of this system has filled the blank in the field of engineering management informationization of China Railway 22 nd Bureau. It has set up a standard, efficient and applicable information system, realized resources sharing and timely data delivery in time, let all levels personnel can quickly understand the project actual conditions, made the project control more directly. Through the integration of data information, it will assist the company to standardize the project management work better.
