In order to pander to the demand of exchanging diagnosis and treatment information, medical image storage and transmission should be standardized,digitized. DICOM(Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine) protocol is to solve this problem, so that the mass of standardization of digital medical image storage,transmission, sharing, let patients go to a doctor, the doctor lateral court consultation is more convenient.Firstly this paper made a necessary explanation to DICOM3.0 standard agreement,explain some concept description which will be used for this article, including Information Object Definition(IOD), the Service Object Pair(SOP), etc., and make a brief and clear explanation for the structure of DICOM files, including the encoding structure and the file structure in the macroscopic point of view. And the paper focuses on the DICOM3.0 standard protocol for print module of the basic standards, including print management model, print data model, etc., the realization of a subsequent is strictly according to the agreement and the provisions of the management model and data model; Paper also illustrates the necessity of LUT(Look Up Table, which convert the value of image pixel to another grey level by some rule) conversion equipment, and equipment LUT conversion service principle is analyzed in detail, the third chapter explain the process that JND(Just Noticeable Difference) converted to display value,and display system convert display value to digital excitation level value to the brightness of the final value of the process from the point of view of mathematics.Article also describes the process of printing system architectures, requirements, design and function design, and analysis and implementation of the core functions of the detailed description, including medical image storage structure, method of image processing, intelligent brightness adjustment, as well as in print data model after filling all kinds of attribute value of secondary packaging, straight to the final print data transmission, to complete the network print communications.The printing system described in this paper is designed in strict accordance with the DICOM3.0, not only can meet the demand of hospital diagnosis and treatment process of the business, also satisfy diagnosis physicians to highly recognized the urgent need of medical image information on the maximum reduction of medical image data. |
