With the development of social economy, resource scarcity is increasing, optimizing allocation of social resource is gaining worldwide attention, while material distribution which is an important part of resource management optimization has also been a widespread concern in electricity companies. Electricity supply distribution management is not only related to user’s needs, inventory turnover, and material supply cost, but also directly related to service level and development of electricity companies. Under this background, the electricity companies break the circulation segmentation and the blocking pattern of conventionalelectricity companies through researching present status of electricity supply distribution and establishing reasonable supply distribution procedures and methods.This thesis analyzes the background and significance of electricity supply distribution, defines business procedures and funtion requirement analysis of electricity supply distribution management based on RFID technology and responsive design. The system is a B/S application developed on top of J2EE platform, using MVC design pattern and Oracle database management system, combined with the use of RFID technology, responsive UI design, UML modeling and database modeling tool, Power Designer, to build a supply distribution system that is architecture stable, easy to expand, and compatible with electricity industry applications.This thesis also describes the system information query functions based on responsive UI design. Due to the rapid development of mobile internet, more and more mobile devices are providing information browsing. Lots of on-site staff and travelling leadership are using hand-held devices to access system information. However, these devices come in different platform, screen size and resolution, it’s a big challenge for presenting the interfaces of the information systems. Based on BootStrap frontal frame and real world business status, we designed and implemented query portal of responsive interface, reduced workload needed for front-end development, with adaptability for mobile device enhanced.By building a distribution system for electricity supplies, both the supplier and buyer now have real time visibility of cargo location and status, real time monitoring on distribution route. It makes the distribution process transparent, achieves visual management for transportation, improves logistic efficiency, service capacity and level of electricity companies.
