The system is mainly for image acquisition and processing of oil well equipment working conditions and working environment and it is designed to record its working process and through the single core cable transmission to the host computer to store.Due to the huge amount of data image, it is quite difficult to store and transport, which requires in the premise of quality assurance to smaller and less space for storing image bit rate transmission image. So we need to realize the digital image compression technology. And now the development of image compression technology has achieved great progress and the compression algorithm is quite rich. This paper introduces the development process of the compression algorithm, and mainly focuses on the JPEG algorithm by sampling study. This paper gives a well telemetry system of image acquisition and processing system design scheme of the system, and based on the analysis of the working principle of the system. Based on the hardware, it compares the current popular 51, AVR, ARM series microprocessors which have been used widely in recent years. Compared to other micro controllers, STM32F407 which is one of ARM series micro-controllers has high performance price ratio, strong function and strong real-time advantages. This system is a set of image acquisition, compression, image transmission as one of the image processing system, the system consists of image acquisition, image compression, image coding and transmission of three parts. Image acquisition part is mainly composed of DCMI interface and the camera OV7670 STM32F407, to get the BMP format image; image compression is mainly through the JPEG compression algorithm,STM32F407 will change the BMP format image to the JPEG format image; image transmission need to be further image data compression coding, because the situation of single core cable transmission distance and speed is not high, so it is necessary to compress the picture with further compression and good real-time conducive to system. This paper mainly completes the system before the two part of the work. |
