| In21st century, with the development of science and technology, New and hightechnology based on computer has great influence on companys.Meanwhile enterpriseare facing the challenge of globalization, high quality and high efficiency. Therefore,my company leaders proposed to develop a human resources managem ent systemsuiting the development of the company, which adopts modern management conceptsand combines with company’s actual situation.This thesis studies the development trends and characteristics of the humanresource management system of the famous domestic and international companys,describes the design object and method of it and analyzes the requirement andprocessing procedure of the popular systems. On the basis of, the system combines thefunction requirement and performance requirement and is based on object-orienteddesign method and MVC architecture. It is developed using B/S architecture with SQLServer2000as the database an age system and ASP.NET as the development languageto implement the business processes. The module recruiting management, trainingmanagement, personnel management, department management are implemented andtested by function testing,performance testing method.The test results show that the system can help rural credit cooperative make itsprocess of production and management normalization. Also the system can improvethe management level and working efficiency. The system realizes the person nelmanagement, recruiting management, department management and trainingmanagement. Owing to many features such as highly-targeted and perfect function,the system will be a good assistant in the company’s operations. |
