Information infrastructure build has reached significant progress in the securities industry.However, as one of the most important part of enterprise organization, informatization ofhuman resource management has been lagging behind the custom service, custom relationshipmanagement, and securities trading, etc. In some senses, it results in the predicament that thehuman resource management can hardly follow the scale of enterprise development and thesteps of business growing. So, it is difficult to meet the demand, and keep the trend ofcontinuous development.Based on the above mentioned situation, the First Capital limited company has fullyimplemented informatization, and enact the strategic plan of human resource management inaccordance with future strategy, which is hoped to optimize company’s interior organization,adjust staff’s knowledge structure. To develop a human resource management system is part ofthe plan.This paper develops the human resource management system, and analyzes the importance and significance of the system based on the real requirement and status quo. In addition, this paper also puts the emphasis on analyzing the status quo of our country’s informatization insecurities industry. Combined with the traits in human resource management in securities industry, this paper employes software engineering methods to build the architecture design the modules, and implements the system deployment and application. this paper also introduces thekey technology, database design, and uses UML to analyze system related modules. After therequirement analysis, basing on J2EE architecture, this paper employs Structs+Spring+Hiberate framework to implement organization management, human documents management, salary management, statistic analysis, authority configuration management, etc. Human documents management includes staff’s basic information, training information, rewards and punishment information and relationship reports management. To different users logging in, different a uthority mechanism is activated, so system security is improved.The successful implementation of this human resource management system realizes theseamless coalescence with OA system, effectively integrates company’s resource, andimproves informatization of company’s human resource management. In addition, it alsofacilitates the company to attract and retain talent, and make the training of staff andperformance assessment more convenient.
