Study Of Elderly Health APP Interface Design Based On User Experience

China’s population aging trend has become increasingly APParent. The prevalence of the elderly population continues to grow. Elderly health issue has become an important concern for social issues. For this special group of elderly, we need to take care of them from all aspects. In the era of mobile Internet, health, fitness, diet and other APPlications of terminals are varied, but for the elderly APP interface design should be different with young people both from the function and form. How to design a helpful APP for elderly health is an urgent task to a designer. In this paper, the needs of elderly as the main reference data, a APP interface for the elderly health management is established combined of theoretical analysis and design practice.Firstly we analyzed the age, physiological, psychological, cognitive characteristics of the elderly and proposed the feasibility principles for the elderly APP interface design, then analyzed the self needs, emotional needs, social needs, interactive demand, feeling demand of elderly health APP interface design. In the end, we summarized the design concept combined of Interaction design, design psychology and user research knowledge.The type and functional requirements of the elderly health APP is determined by several ways, such as role model, target user analysis, story scene model analysis, questionnaire, interview. We designed the main interface, functional interface, set interface, communication interface for an elderly health APP.
