| The traditional management mode of hospital logistics requires over storing the necessities in the hospital coffers, clinics, wards and other places, which makes the hospital storeroom as a big warehouse, and makes the clinics and wards and other departments as small warehouses.50% operating costs of a modern hospital are used for the storing of the medical supplies, therefore, in order to improve the service efficiency of the hospital’s capital and material, reducing the hospital operating costs, the establishment of a smart card-based modern hospital logistics management system is essential. There’re some problems in the current evaluation system, RFID management system is not perfect, no specific assessment criteria and performance goals for employees RFID management, lack of effective communication and exchange in the assessment, and there is no targeted use of assessment results. These deficiencies lead to hospital RFID management did not really do a fair and impartial conduct, is not conducive to stimulate the enthusiasm of employees, resulting in inefficiency, and the future development of the hospital is very unfavorable. Only by establishing a scientific and applicable RFID management system in order to better achieve the long-term development goals, scientific employee performance management system of the hospital, the hospital staff to achieve effective performance management, and constantly improve the overall performance of the hospital. This thesis studies the smart card-based planning and design of modern hospital logistics management system. First, analyze the technology of hospital logistics development status, hospital-application smart card technology status and trends. Propose RFID-based logistics management system card hospital planning and management in hospitals logistics supplies for a typical analysis of the application of this technology, a method to achieve and main module design. After the completion of the design and implementation of modern logistics management system hospital, deliver use of hospital, from the effects of modern logistics management system to run the hospital point of view, in line with the functional requirements of the system in advance. |
