Design And Implementation Of Terminal Monitoring And Command System Based On Beidou System

With social progress and sustainable development, at present, the terminal monitor command system based on various technologies have been widely applied in all aspects of human productive labor and daily life, especially in the urban management wisdom and modern enterprise running, monitoring command system construction and operation management of the whole system is closely related to the cost and efficiency, profoundly influences the whole city and the development of the enterprise competitiveness and ascend. This paper is aiming at these problems, in today’s all kinds of monitoring command system are thoroughly analyzed, on the basis of related theory and technology principle, points out that the existing each kind of system on the one hand, with the conventional communication system combined with complete data transmission, even if the system USES the beidou satellite system on the other hand, also does not have a good meet the needs of the system within relevant target terminal command marshalling deployment of the actual demand of change.Therefore, this paper based on beidou satellite navigation and positioning system(BDS) of the terminal monitor command system architecture construction and application of model as the main object of study, focusing on how to implement the command system of moving target grouping deployment and dynamic information perception and monitoring terminal two aspects of technology are studied, and on how to use low cost to build further demonstrates the high efficiency of the monitoring command system, specific design, and test verification. The main contents as follows:1. The study was based on terminal monitoring command system of BDS technology, clearly the nature of the relationship between the terminal command marshalling deployment is adjustment of BDS user communication parameter data, this paper proposes a terminal monitoring command system construction scheme based on BDS. The scheme relies on beidou system unique technology system, abandons the traditional way of communication and transport, achieve the terminal state of the active monitoring automatically.2. The research target terminal flexible organization, terminal dynamic information perception and monitoring technology, this paper proposes a data to the user on-site deployment so as to realize the technology of command and management relationship restructuring thought and implementation method. This method considers the feasibility system system is advanced, technical route and the actual implementation of maneuverability, make full use of the characteristics of beidou satellite navigation and positioning system, both reduces the construction cost, and simplify the procedure of system management, also ensure the high efficiency of the management of system operation, meet the monitoring center through the monitor system resources and reasonable scheduling and use requirements.3. The systematic study of the terminal monitor command system based on BDS using methods, logistics transportation, for example, combined with the practical application, the command monitoring model is established, the proposed system to organize and implement methods and management processes, application demonstration and guidance significance for other industry.
