Design And Implementation Of Access Control Management Information System Of A University Based On Campus One-card Platform

A university of Xinjiang has got rapid development after the expansion of the scale of its enrollment in recent years. At present, the school has been expanded to three campuses from a campus, the number of teacher has reached more than 1800, plus other temporary part-time staff and students, the total number of school is more than twenty thousand people. In recent years, there are many matters about violation of school rules frequently. This trend is spreading. Some social idle persons access to campus, this increase the instability of school. In order to solve this problem the leader of school visited other schools and learned their successful management experiences. After repeated argument the leader of school decide to draw on the successful experience of other universities and combine with the status quo of the school, through establishing comprehensive management IC card management system to improve school management level.The access control management information system of this dissertation is an application subsystem which is based campus one-card platform. After research the using department and thoroughly understand of their specific needs the dissertation determines the development tools of the system. The development platform of system foreground use Microsoft Visual Studio.NET, select the JAVA as development language, background database is SQL SEVER 2010 enterprise edition. Data access operation mode adopts C/S and B/S structure, using the top design concept and the corresponding standards to the modular design system. The system is divided into seven modules which are controller management, card management, in and out authority management, door information management, swiping card management, query and system management modules. It covers all function user required. The dissertation completes database design. It analysis and design system E-R model and establish database table and structure according to E-R model. The dissertation completes complementation of system. It expounds operation interface, codes and program flow. In the long run system has good compatibility and expansibility, thus more conducive to the future system upgrade, it reduce the maintenance costs of the system a certain extent.In the process of using system, it use non-contact card as medium which has school identity information. Through design the access rules of system, it can implement access restrictions to cardholder about different time, different place in the school. The system not only saves manpower and material resources of management of school but also strengthen the security of the school.
