With the continuous development of electronic measuring equipment, automation and intelligent metering continues to improve; higher degree of accurate collection, measurement of higher efficiency, better measurement tools, metrology department from a technical level Forced into the automation system design and construction.The purpose of this paper is to analyze and study, the use of basic software engineering methods, establish a set of southwest China’s first liquid flow standard device.briefly introduces the development stage, measuring instruments and use of the distribution of the same type have been standard equipment. Demands on the system are analyzed and finishing clear the input and output ports, the need to achieve the functional requirements and performance requirements, as well as some popular techniques such as XPI language studied and summarized.Use of software engineering methods, the whole system is divided into the presentation layer(USL), the business logic layer(BLL), the data access layer(DAL); and on this basis a specific design business, plotted a business flow chart. A detailed system design and implementation, completed the basic information input, setting the business logic, data processing, control interface design four modules, the next bit machine FCN controlling designed and compiled. Control the content of the second chapter and Chapter III were specific code written to achieve a business logic and business functional requirements described above, EXCEL record template and a detailed study and design. Testing and verification system: using the basic method of software testing, validation process according to national procedures require basic hardware testing methods and the entire system from three aspects to prove the reliability and completion of the system.on the achievements and shortcomings in the work were summarized.
