| With the development of science and technology,the manufacturing industry is facing with enormous management pressure due to the disparity of production mode in traditional factories and rapidly developed information era.The increasingly matured mobile network technology makes the mobile intelligent devices flush into the enterprise management.Manufacturing Execution System(MES)is an important technique to make the management of production come to informatization.The production level of the workshop can be significantly improved with the realization of meticulous,real-time,and visualization management by MES,and the competitiveness of enterprise can be further enhanced.Taking the production process of the liquid aluminum casting equipment in an enterprise in Zhejiang as research object,an Android based MES monitoring system is designed and developed.The informatization management and monitoring of the production process in workshop,which is developed with OPC data acquisition technology,web development framework technology,and the WebSocket data real-time transmission technology.The main works of this paper are as follow:1.Research background and significance of the project are reviewed,and the research status of the production workshop management and MES system at home and abroad are summarized.The Android development technology,NFC acquisition technology,MongoDB database,OPC data acquisition technology,and WebSocket data real-time transmission technology are introduced in detail.2.Overall analysis of the system is carried out from the aspects of market demand,functional requirements,feasibility of the system,social and economic benefits.Further,the real-time data acquisition and storage function module,WebSocket real-time transmission function module,and monitoring,query and display modules of mobile terminal are designed and introduced in detail.3.The functional module of the Android based MES monitoring system are designed according to the demand analysis.The OPC server is used to collect the production data of the equipment workshop and stored in the MongoDB database.The Web server is used to obtain the yield equipment production process data by accessing the OPC interface.WebSocket is used to transfer data to the Android side,and the real-time display of the operation of the plant data and equipment failure warning function are achieved by the analysis and process of apply colors to a drawing in mobile terminal.4.The developed Android based MES monitoring system could achieve kinds of functions as follows: real-time data collection,transmission,and storage of workshop equipment;real-time visualization on the Android of workshop equipment running status,historical data query,and monitoring equipment failure alarm function;user management,workforce management and other auxiliary function.At present,the developed Android based ME monitoring system has been come into service in a company in Zhejiang.Stably running and well response indicates the effectiveness and feasibility of the developed system. |
