Design And Implementation Of Industry Training Management Information System

With the rapid development of information technology, computer has been widely used in various industries and areas of society. Chinese economy growing prosperity has led to increasingly intense competition among enterprises, companies should strive to cultivate the talent and constantly improve their own competitiveness. Training is an important means to enhance the quality of staff. An excellent training management system can manage the demand for training and information resources normatively. However, there are only a few training institutions can really do information management.This article is aimed to achieve the design and implementation of industry training management information system. It detailed the need for systematic training, feasibility, and other key technologies. The paper also carries an overview of the system design and database design, and describes the subsequent detailed design and system testing process. Finally, the development and application of industry training management information system is summarized.Industry Training Management Information System is designed for the currently complex situation of the managing work. The system is based on B/S three-tier architecture, using IIS6.0 as ASP.NET development platform, SQL SERVER 2005 tools for database design. The main features include login management, user management, data management and so on. In accordance with the actual needs, the system has three different roles, which are super administrator, administrator and student users. Different roles have different operating authorities. The development and use of the system will effectively promote the standardization of industry training management, training management efficiency, reduce management personnel burden.
