According to the condition that GSM coexists with TD-SCDMA and TD-LTE in Mobile communication network of C hina, this paper investigates the design of three collaborative networks in C hengdu. The research is based on LTE site design, the interoperability scheme of collaborative multi-network and the load control of the three collaborative networks to achieve a reasonable design of LTE site, smooth switching between three networks and balanced network resource utilization of the three networks.Firstly, we mainly elaborated the demand and the current status of LTE system, analysis of LTE site designing, much network coordination with interoperability solutions and the research of three network coordination with load control, which leads to the research content. Finally introduces the logical structure of the paper.Secondly, we discussed three network coordination of C hengdu with the site designing of LTE, starting from the coverage, cost, maintenance, etc, an intelligent LTE base station site planning model is put forward. Firstly according to the propagation characteristics of three network, and summarize and optimize the network to adapt to now spread model. With the idea of rasterization, a model which has the minimum cost and maximum system capacity for multi-objective optimization is set up, and puts forward a kind of multi-objective genetic local search algorithm to solve the model. By Chengdu three networks coordination intelligent planning algorithm, with the base station can be make the lowest cost of LTE coverage area and the construction of Chengdu, to maximize the number of LTE base station system capacity and site location.With re-election and switch, two points of view, we discussed the three network coordination with interoperability in Chengdu. First discuss the 3 GPP community re-election strategy, and introduce overload factor to improve the gravity separation strategy, markov process model is established to evaluate improved algorithm, MATLAB simulation results showed that the improved algorithm of significantly lower probability of overload, the average QoS slightly improved. Then the three network coordination is discussed with vertical switching algorithm, combined with business types and switch into the network situation, the decision attribute definition measure QoS and network conditions, using the analytic hierarchy process, through business preferences weights and objective weights of network conditions comprehensive judgment, find the current network access network is most suitable for terminal target.At the end, we discussed three networks coordination with load balancing problem. The first part is about the strategy of load balance of LTE system. According to the drawback of the existing algorithms and the co ndition of the coexistence of three networks in Chengdu, a strategy of balanced load of three collaborative networks which considers the potential overload and cell-cell interferece is proposed. The improved algorithm has a significantly better performance in system throughput, average blocking rate and average dropping rate.
