The Design And Implementation Of The Fixed Assets Of Query System In Huai’an College Of Information Technology Based On Mobile Terminal

The management of fixed assets we used in our college adopted a stand-alone software developed at Beiji ng university of chem ical technology state,using the DBF database.When we are working, we find that it’ s very inconvenient for the assets administrators and each teache r to check their assets. Some of assets will often m ove, but it is dif ficult to determ ine which depa rtment it belongs t o. Although the Beijing University of Che mical Technology can pr ovide hand-held inventory m achine, but single price is still so high that it’ s impossible for every teacher to handle one. So I thought of the developm ent of a s oftware of assets checking based on sm art mobile phones.To sum up, in view of som e problems existing in the process of college management of fixed assets, we intended to develop a set of fixed assets m anagement system based on Android for terminal, to achieve the following goals.(1)Improving asset information in order to realize the com prehensive analysis on the asset inform ation. To further im prove the fixed assets card infor mation and enhance the ability to query and statistical analysis of fixed assets management.(2)Achieving information sharing and im proving the level of management of fixed assets. Ensure that the m anagement of fixed assets m anagement department of each link, the sm ooth flow of i nformation, realizing the value of fixed assets management, transaction management, file management, information sharing, full use of improving management efficiency.(3)Dynamically reflecting the whole quality status of fixed assets.To reduce the loss of assets and improve the using ef ficiency, this system is developed by object-oriented m ethod, the unified modeling language(UML) for the analysis and design descri ption language, taking J2 EE as the technology platfor m construction of the server, using Android m obile platform based on client devices.T he client and server using HTTP communication to interact, using XML for data communication.According to the tech nical characteristics of this system by using service technology and W eb core idea to design th e system working m ode: using HTTP communication protocol; data using object se rialization format custom protocol XML server end, and after the transm ission sequence of data between a m obile terminal and the Web terminal.The system adopts the d esign mode of multilevel structure based on J2 EE, J2 EE multilevel structure in the business logic on the basis of the traditional MVC system from the control layer and m odel layer st ripping, further redu ce the coupling degree model and controller layer, maintenance and easy code m anagement and system transplant.
