As the rapid development of the economic, more and more attention is payed on research on modernization agricultural. As the agricultural greenhouse is an important component of modern agriculture.Agricultural greenhouse with intelligent control system is an important symbol of the modernization of agriculture. Intelligent control system distributes the house keeping signal with the central processor, uses the processed information collected from variety sensors. The key part of the intelligent control system is the embed central processor ARM. ARM is more and more popular in information high tech engineering and research because of its low power cost and high-performance.Meanwhile in this paper, present a new verifiable platform, the key modules of the research and design. The hardware architecture of the platform use the ARM processor as the central process unit with the universal synchronous and asynchronous communicate channel, to use the low power circuit to control the heavy current installation circuit. The hardware loads the Linux operating system to simplify application software and driver software development. In this project,we use high-speed PCB Design Pads 9.3 in the study based on the signal integrity for the signal to the PCB simulation, to ensure stable performance of the circuit board.Based on theLinux OS,designning with theIO extensionby IIC protocol.The main chipusing only the IICinterface not only savesthe general GPIO number of ARM chip, but also thehardware designis normalizationaland custom configurable.Thesystem cansupport up to256 slot boards.Because ofvarious types ofequipment in greenhouse,we also use auniversal design,each slot boardcan control twosingledirection equipments,or one bidirection equipment to increase the flexibility of the system.The architecture of data acquisition systemalso take into the normalized design,by using RS485 electrical standard and Modbus protocol.To unify the upload sensor interface,making products can work out with different manufacturers.The RS485 standardtheory cansurpport hundreds of nodes,and the communication distance can reach a maximum of 1200 meters.It is far more than the actual demand,so the system works with highly scalability,and can be extended intovarious category application similar environment.The test result of the function validation and environmental testingproves the feasibility of the system,simple operation,suitable for many kinds of intelligent greenhouse environment control.
