Design And Implementation Of Sales Shipment Information Management System Of A Pharmaceutical Company

Current society is an age of information explosion, in which information management has been widely used in various fields. As a pharmaceutical company, we need a efficient sales information management system to help us manage large sale information, so as to reach the aim of improving the service and efficiency.This thesis based on C/S architecture designed and implemented an information management system for sales and shipments of the Pharmaceutical Company. The main points are as follows:(1) Firstly, we survey the theoretical basis of the sales delivery management system. Based on the above result, we then study the sales delivery management system of the Pharmaceutical company, and propose a solution according to it.(2) Secondly, the thesis carried out the system requirements analysis about the pharmaceutical company sales shipments Management, and Studied its characteristics and determined the overall structure and function modules of the system.The systemwhich we designed contained mainly three core functions: sales delivery, billing and financial write-off of receivables management.(3) Finally, based on previous work, this thesis carried out a detailed exposition about design and implementation of the system, which includes interface design, database, login and sales delivery management, invoicing and receivables write-off of receivables management, sales management, and early warning module.Finally, through the appropriate method of testing the system, The test results show that the system can meet the needs of the project in the indicators. This sales delivery management system has a higher usability for pharmaceutical companies, the use of the system will not only improve their management level, but also make the sales process to regulate medicines, so that economic efficiency can be increased, and the overall information technology has a step forward.
