IT Helpdesk Based Corporation Computer Information Management System

IT Helpdesk plays an important role in the enterprise user support and enterprise computer management. The computer support and service is the most basic business. With the continuous expansion of business scale, the terminal computer has the following characteristics: large quantity, often several administrators need to manage hundreds or thousands of computer; wide distribution, large number of computer are distributed in different building room or open area of machine center; high information security requirements, it brings more challenges to administrator to management and monitoring terminal computer on IT security.Corporate computer administrators committed abroad by the ideas and methods of information technology to achieve the systematic and automated enterprise computer management and maintenance, in order to more easily grasp the business computer information and improve their work efficiency.In this paper, from IT Helpdesk site and by my actual work experience in foreign company, author through the use of ASP web development technology, image processing software Photoshop techniques, IIS service, VBScript scripting and SQL database technology focus on the completion of the following two tasks:1. Learning and summarizes the IT Infrastructure Library ITIL for IT services and IT Helpdesk description. The learning process and the relative ratio analysis software engineering ideas to better learn and master the Software Engineering.2. As the IT Helpdesk corporate computer administrators from their actual work needs, follow the steps in software engineering system development, from feasibility analysis, requirements analysis starting to detail the specific design and implementation, and finally to complete functional testing through test methods detailed described the complete implementation process of the system.Through the above specific work, the authors completed the advanced foreign management section summarizes aspects of the computer, through the development and application of systems to improve the work efficiency and give innovative research on computer location-based information automatic gathering.
