The Design And Implementation On The Information Management System For The Communist Youth League Of Southwest Forestry University

Currently, the outstanding problems with the inefficienbroad casting and distribution of certain information resources are still present in the Communist Youth League, which resulted in the inefficiency of the daily operation of the League. This is a new perspective to explore and compared to traditional Communist Youth League work patterns and the perspective of modern information model. Thus, the design and implementation on the management system for the Communist Youth League has great social significance in order to guide the university leading and related organization staff to pay attention to new situations and new problems on the Communist Youth League work of universities, to enter the scientific management track, and to utilize increasingly sophisticated computer system. The example Figures on various types of operations for variety of roles are plotted.First of all, using UML modeling method search the existing systems of the Communist Youth League demands. The system is based on user roles which can be divided into three roles: the system manager, the general manager, and the member. This paper draws the user case of all kinds of roles. The system is divided into 9 modules, namely: member information maintenance, basic information query, student cadres management, work study management, youth volunteer management, social work practice, expand the quality of work, file download, system management and maintenance, we divide each module into several module functional, and give the demands.Secondly, we design the system detailedly. Through the design of system data layer, business logic layer, display layer as the architectures, give the details of each layer of the functional, at the same time to member information maintenance, basic information query, student cadres management, work study management, youth volunteer management, social work practice, expand the quality of work, file download, system management and maintenance are designed, draw the detailed sequence diagrams.Finally, we utilize C# as the system development language to achieve the system, with SQL Server2008 as the system backstage database programming method. Design and implementation of the system underlying data layer, give the key code, realize the then members information management, file upload/download the typical system login and other core modules are studied, screenshots, of the main modules are presented. The principle and part of the code have been realized.From the application of the system, operational management of the Communist Youth League can be achieved in a more efficient and applicable fashion, which is beneficial to the level improvement of informational distribution of the League, furthermore, it will be more valuable in the registration of league members to University branches, and in organizations of events as well as operational distribution of information.
