| With the promotion of market competition, it is more urgent to deepen enterprises management. Especially under the condition of continues enterprise scale expanding, enterprise financial management becomes more complex and data processing volume becomes larger than before. As an important aspect of enterprise financial management, employee reimbursement expenditure management has been paid much more attention, which is helpful to cost control. The traditional employee reimbursement management system can provide reimbursement, reimbursement query function for system users, but both system function and system experience have some certain shortages, restricting employee reimbursement management system use and efficiency. In perspective of system function, the main problem is weak staff reimbursement affairs management. The system experience problem mainly is the communication in the system and user interaction, employee expenses reimbursement management cumbersome operation, to the user disconnected operation experience, which is difficult to meet the needs of enterprise management.Aiming at meeting enterprise employee reimbursement management needs, the thesis deigns system reimbursement management system based on Ajax. Firstly, system design related technologies and theories are analyzed including information system design, system interface technology, database and data interface technology. Then, the thesis completes the overall design from system function design, system level architecture, function module and design key system function modules such as staff reimbursement management, business accounting management functions, system management function. What is more, the thesis realizes core system functions from process design, key core code and display interface. Finally, system core functions are tested and optimized aiming at the problems in the testing process. The thesis designs staff reimbursement management system based on Ajax technology and both system function and user experience are improved, which is helpful to strengthen management and push employee reimbursement application, providing strong practical application and theoretical reference value. |
