| Nowadays, the electric power enterprises in the global range, especially Chinese electric power enterprises are in an era of constant change. At present, our country is still in internal reform of the electric power enterprises increasingly and continues restructuring the domestic electric power industry. As an important link in the supply chain of electric enterprises, purchasing management is directly related to the the core competitiveness in the market. However, the purchasing management in the current domestic electric enterprises sill exists many problems. Therefore, it is very necessary to reform and innovate it. In order to improve the efficiency of enterprise procurement, save costs and avoid backing of goods, the paper has established a set of electric enterprise purchasing management system.The paper analyzes the ERP research status at home and abroad, and the current problems that exist in the domestic electric enterprises’ purchasing management system. The paper refers to present technical means using in purchasing management system and selects C/S(Client/Server) architecture to develop it. Based on the J2 EE platform, the electric enterprises realizes informational management. It adopts JBuilder development tool. What’s more, the system server is Weblogic Server, the background database is SQL Server 2000. EJB which encapsulates all the business logic, is deployed to the server and performs database operations. In this paper, the main research work is as follows:1ã€Research the current research status of purchasing management system which is based on ERP. Clear the application prospect of the system and determine the technical direction of the system.2ã€Analysis the connection between management idea and ERP system and clear the ERP architecture. Familiar with grasp relevant knowledge of J2 EE development.3ã€Analysis the feasibility and requirements of the system. Clear the functional requirements and performance requirements of the system.4ã€Clear the design target of the system. Do overall design, module partition, load balance design and database design to the system. The system is divided into 3 modules: basic information management module, operation management module, stock gathering management module. Basic information management contains goods information management, provider information management and employee file management. Operation management module contains plan management, order management, pay management and cancel management. Stock gathering management module contains order gathering, stock gathering and provider gathering.5ã€According to all the designs, the system is implemented by encoding. Finally, after testing the system, all the functions have met the design requirements, and the screenshots are attached to reflect the running effect of the system. Analysis the results, the system can meet the requirements of the demand. |
