With the development of economic globalization and market economic system in our country’s unceasing seepage, each industry competition is also more and more incentive, China’s auto industry manufacturing comes not from the domestic market competition, also faces the competition of the international market. And for WeiLin4 S, in this kind of environment, how to actively respond to challenges, get the long-term development of the competitive advantage, has become the key problem, need to solve. The car terminal sales market are 4 S inn, thus improve the management level of 4 S inn is very necessary, because the 4 S inn, not only to face the updated daily customer base data, and to deal with after-sales service information.This thesis is designed automotive aftermarket system uses B / S framework and ASP technology for the development, including a systematic vehicle maintenance management module, customer management module, the system queries the internal management modules and system modules of four main modules, software engineering, this thesis design and implementation of four modules were elaborated. Firstly, the background of the development of the system made a brief introduction, and then on the basis of relevant theories of system development are described, followed by after-sales service system to a detailed needs analysis, and then the system framework and the main function modules design, finally implementation and testing system were elaborated.In this thesis, the design of the system through the appropriate functional testing and performance testing, and ultimately improve Wei Lin reached the 4S shop target internal management and customer satisfaction..
