With the rapid economic development, high-tech industrial parks are rising continuously in cities, and become the backbone of the city’s economy. "Wisdom of The Park" is becoming the main direction of the future. Digitized is first of all in the "Wisdom of The Park". The underground pipelines(such as electricity, water supply, sewerage, communications, etc.) of parks become more and more complex. Traditional pipe network management is mainly via drawings, experience and memories to manage, query, statistics pipeline, which causing numerous accidents in pipeline operation. Pipeline management gradually entered the digital age and adopted the database model management. However, due to the lack of spatial analysis and positioning functions, in the event of failure, contingency plans cannot be timely made. So, it is quite urgent to establish a GIS-based park integrated pipe network application system.This thesis briefly discusses the status of GIS system of the park pipe network. It points out the necessity and urgency of the establishment of an integrated pipe network information system in Xiyong Zongbaoqu and gives a brief introduction on selection and overview of the GIS platform; on this basis, it puts emphasis on the design of the park pipe network GIS application system which achieves integrated management of the pipeline network in Xiyong Zongbaoqu of Chongqing.This thesis, on the basis of analyzing Xiyong Zongbaoqu pipeline data and the current data management situation, points out that the establishment of the Xiyong Zongbaoqu pipe network information system is necessary and urgent. It mainly expounds the establishment of pipeline data model, and illustrates the data processing, organization mode, coding scheme, system design process and realization process. It also explains how to handle pipe network graphics file generated by CAD data detailedly upon SuperMap Deskpro platform and to achieve the “Pipe Network Photo management model”; based on SuperMap PPIDE framework and SuperMap iServer Java, it realizes pipeline network GIS graphical management in Xiyong Zongbaoqu.
