Under the condition of market economy, human resources are the most valuable strategic resource, is the enterprise survival and the development in the competition is the most important material base, it is not only the important basis for making enterprise strategy, and implement the strategy of enterprise support.Tianjin pharmaceutical group a pharmaceutical co., LTD. Is a wholesale pharmaceutical commercial enterprises, in recent years, with the steady development of the enterprise, business growing, the constant expansion of business scope, in order to ensure that enterprises can fast development, the company human resources department in a timely manner according to the development demand of enterprise for the collection of talent demand, their respective departments, however, in the talent introduction work, but there is a problem of the contradiction between talent and jobs are hard to match.Thus need to design and develop a set of management system for personnel training, in order to improve training efficiency, to ensure smooth, fast and efficient talent introduction, clear the way for the development of enterprises.Based on the current talents training management problem, this paper puts forward using the advanced information means and network technology, database technology, build a pharmaceutical enterprise talent introduction training management system solutions, system generally adopts B/S mode as the system structure, system based on MVC pattern using lightweight Struts framework technology of software logic structure design, the background MY SQL database management system equipped with superior performance, and specific programming using the Java language.Through the implementation of the above technical scheme, the final finished pharmaceutical enterprise talents training management system mainly implements the training in specific functional architecture declare for examination and approval of management, training, project management, training resources management, personnel file information management, training management, training evaluation management, information announcement, oriented evaluation management and specific functions such as public information management module.Through the implementation of each function module successfully solves the enterprise original introduce talents training management difficulties and problems in the work, not only complete the introduction of talent training management business process all electronic processing, at the same time the original introduce talents training has carried on the scientific and standardized management process adjustment, to enterprise’s development and talent service work has an important meaning and function.At present, the research designed by pharmaceutical enterprise talents training management system has been successfully implemented, and has carried on the detailed test validation.Function test and performance test results show that the system fully meets the requirements of all user expectations, complete implementation of all functions, but also meet the initial requirements of various performance indicators.To sum up, this system has realized the introduction of talent training management business process all electronic processing, can significantly improve the introduction of talents training management work efficiency, also played an important role on the development of enterprises.
