The conference management work is a part of the daily management, it directly reflects the level of management. In recent years, Tianjin Open University has got continuous innovation and development, expanding the number of enrollment and school scale. At the same time, it is also in the continuous introduction of a high level of academic talents and management talents. In this environment, the Business is growing and many businesses often need conference to discuss and make a decision. It’s designed for the Tianjin Open University’s own characteristics, using the J2 EE Struts framework and B/S based architecture, JSP technology for presentation layer, Java Bean technology for the business layer, SQL Server 2008 database for the background, Windows Server 2003 as the server operating system to achieve.In general, this study will be able to help the administrative staff to organize and manage conferences scientifically, efficiently and reasonably. Transmitting information timely, effectively and accurately will come true. And at the same time it will realize the information management and preservation of service content. This can not only solve the problem existing business management and organizational work of Tianjin OpenUniversity, but also can provide effective guarantee for the implementation of the school leadership’s decision.
