The Study Of Designation And Implementation Of Institution And Training Subsystems Of XX Airline Personnel Management

As foundation of enterprise management, Human resources construction need constantly improvement especially in the Information construction aspect. The promoting of information construction in human resource management is helpful for management resource integration and cost saving. What’s more, it is also provided a basic platform for the manage system to exchange and communicate information internally in less time and enhance its real-time monitoring to overall management, thus boost the work efficiency.Because it is not easy to construct the overall personnel management systems, So this paper mainly discussed the designation and implementation of the institution and training management subsystems. Firstly gave a brief illustration to the project background and the research status domestic and abroad,then analyzed the composition of database of two subsystem by combine the present system develop platform and related technology, lastly connected the SQL SERVER 2008 database and JSP dynamic web page by using the JDBC driver to obtain the access and unified management to the backstage resource pool. Further to drawn out the designation of a preliminary conceptual system according to the result of the comprehensive analysis of the demand of the institution and training management subsystems. The designation included the correlation of two subsystems, the working principle and implementation process between the server and client. The implementation of each function will not be gained until the basic designing framework was refined. The development of two subsystems was based on the application of MVC design pattern and the Jsp、Servlet、JavaBean development mode. Jsp was mainly responsible for receiving and responding to all client request and dynamically generating real Web page, and was corresponded to the view of MVC design pattern. Servlet controlled the core business of whole system was corresponded to the controller of MVC design pattern. Javabean was responsible for the system data and business rules and corresponded to the model of MVC design pattern. In the process of implementation, this paper used few open source projects, such as Ajax technology, JfreeChart statements and file Upload technology.Aiming at the existing disadvantages of XX airlines management mode, by using the existing information technology this paper adopted the B/S model to develop an accurate, efficient and practical airline institution and training personnel management subsystems.
