Recent years, with the advent of the era of knowledge economy, informationization developing, various industries are gradually adopted instead of traditional handicraft industry in the form of information. For an enterprise, information technology create update ceaselessly, but also bring great change. And the branch of the enterprise management of human resource management, its place in the enterprise and the effect is increasing, how to use information technology to improve the level of human resource management, make the enterprise in the era of knowledge economy is not eliminated by’knowledge, become each enterprise bigger and stronger one of the important factors. You will not only make the enterprise convenient management of daily affairs, real time control of the enterprise dynamic information, to assist management to make decision in a timely manner to provide support for the leadership.Enterprises not only to control human resource information, and requirements according to the information system can carry on the analysis to the artificial cost decision, to achieve the strategy of human resources. Under this new requirement, have a good human resource management information system is very important. Development and use of computer software, a system of management to improve the level of human resource management, and realize the human resources management modernization is of great significance, is to realize the people-centered management, promote enterprise management an important means of modernization.This paper describes the use of J2EE platform for human resource management system developed by the entire process, including the development of the system involved in key technologies, the system analysis, system design, and ultimately the whole system, the system has the organization and management, personnel management, attendance management, compensation management, performance management, training management and reporting, and analysis capabilities enable more efficient management of human resources is more accurate. SSH (struts spring hibernate) framework into which is the main characteristic of the system, compared with the traditional way, the above three kinds of framework to improve a lot, but also improves the development efficiency of the system.Human resource management system described in this article has been tested and has been adopted by companies, currently running well, can be dynamically employee information accurately and timely provided to the company’s relevant departments, for the company’s human resource allocation and provide effective support for decision-making, still can make the company the work strength of the human resources department is a relief, make the company’s operating efficiency improved.
