The Design And Implementation Of Vacationing Industry Economy Hotel Management System

With the rapid development of economy, the hotel industry also gradually began to develop, the guest flow gradually increased, consumers of the service requirements of increased higher than before, so the hotel management requirements need increase after that, but as a wide range of hotel management project, which required to deal with the large amount of information. So the administrators caused many inconvenience in management, waste of time, the operating efficiency is greatly reduced, and have a great impact on the hotel’s service quality and economic benefits.In order to improve the work efficiency of hotel, the hotel service quality and economic benefits, this thesis according to the type of holiday economy inn airport designed a hotel management information system to assist the design of hotel management with the help of the advanced computer technology and related software technology, which can make the hotel management more scientific, standardized and systematic direction development, and to adapt to the current trends. The author first adopted the principles and methods of software engineering, the relevant departments in-depth investigation to carry out the work of the hotel project, the analysis of the requirements and data flow of the system, which used the activity diagram, case diagram, the system of business processes, and the functional requirement analysis. The results is based on system analysis, which can determine the design scheme and implementation of the hotel management system.In system design, according to the demand analysis, which divides the whole system into room management module, occupancy management module, member management module, management module, set back the user management module, log management module part, using the function structure diagram, data flow graph for each part in detail design. The front of the system using the development tool of VS2008, background database development tools for SQL Server 2008. According to the requirements, through the analysis on the system, it researched the system E-R diagram and the core form, on this basis, it also design the backstage management part, eventually formed a complete set of type of holiday economy inn airport application management system, which can improve the considerable role for the hotel management and improve the efficiency of management work.
