A Kind Of Electronic Government Affair System Oriented Data Disaster Backup System Research And Design

With the development of information construction, the data volume has increased sharply, the data has become a precious intangible assets of social data. In recent years, more and more people have been focused on the data disaster backup. The disaster not only include the earthquake, the floodwater and the horror raid, but also include the interrupt of network, virus raid and people’s mistake which will lead to a lot of loss for the E-government system. Right now, the data disaster backup systems have won the recognition and attention and have been used in a lot of area such as government, telecom and finance. However, the data disaster backup technology is developing and there are some systems appeared.In this thesis, combining with the characteristics of the development of e-government system and the needs of the work, a detailed analysis of theory and technology has been made on data disaster backup. It also analyzes the shortage of the data disaster backup in current e-government system. Then, combined with the authors’ participating in a small counties’ local tax system of data disaster backup project, a case analysis has been conducted. The author played the role of the project manager as a corporate party to assist in the project, so the author got familiar with the early stage of the demand for the system, demonstration, development and even implementation of the whole process. The problem of timeliness and safeness for such projects will be carefully recounted in the research.At the end of the research, the author reiterated the necessity of the data disaster backup system, meanwhile, personal opinions of direction for future development have been put forward on such projects.
