Research On Surveillant System Of Distributive Transmission Lines Trouble And Location

Electrical energy plays an important role in the development of our society, and now many application of long-distance transmission lines is used in power transmission, because of the complicated lines and wide distribution conditions transmission line fault location such as insulation aging has not been very good to solve.Therefore, how to quickly and accurately for transmission line fault location, troubleshooting, and restore power, to ensure the safe and reliable operation of power grid is an important topic of the current study.This paper first introduces the significance of this research project.Then, from the actual situation, This paper introduces the distributed Transmission Lines fault detection in details.Meanwhile,there are a variety of fault conditions and judgments based on waveform characteristics.According to the difference principle, the method is divided into impedance fault location, fault analysis and traveling wave method. Secondly, the knowledge of wave theory are described and analyzed.Comparing this three methods, the paper finally uses the D-type double-ended distance measuring.This paper uses PSCAD to simulate frequency fault and lightning fault,and draw relevant waveforms. Taking the actual fault recorder chart into consideration,the fault waveform can be found in this paper by comparing corresponding fault characteristic waveform.Then the distance to the fault from the measuring point can be accurately positioned.Workers can remove the failure as soon as possible and the power is restored.Fault location method in this paper has a high accuracy through calculated. On the basis of the principle of fault location design, the paper refer to general system design idea, has transformed itself from a fault locating data collection, data analysis and data display functions such as fault location system, implement the fault location scheme to the integral design of the system implementation.All in all, this paper finished the complete design of line fault location system, the principle and design process of system made detailed instructions. The paper showed the function of fault location system diagram and system test results.
