Design And Implementation Of Management System Of Yunyiyuan Community Based On.NET

In this paper, through the investigation of present domestic and foreign property management, combined with the research objective, based on analyzing the system requirement and the current situation of residential property management, we built an Intelligent system named Yunyiyuan residential property management system.The System based on the network technology, to meet the actual demand of the property management work and improve the quality of service, and finally realization modernization of the residential property management. In order to reduce the labor strength of property management, reduce the workload of property practitioners, reduce property management error rate, improve the quality of property services, and then enhance the efficiency of residential property management, and the credibility in the minds of the owners. The System can help the manager of the property management system to make decisions, and try their best to do the security work of residential property management.The project strictly adhered to the ideas of software engineering. And based on the requirements from the system analysis, the outline design, detailed design, we developed the Yunyiyuan residential property management system. Implementation of the functional test, the development process strictly adhered to the ideas of software engineering. Following the design principles of software engineering, we test the correctness of the application system and the function is verified by the relevant test cases, and complete correction of the system function, in order to avoid risks in the process of using, at the same time we determine if the system really meets the user’s demand.After detailed design, we developed the Yunyiyuan residential property management system with the results of demand analysis and the procedure module design idea. The system can complete the records input, units’ information management, the owner information maintenance, charge management, report form type, and data maintenance. The system reached the design intention of the original, completed the relevant functions, and effectively achieved the standardization, intelligence and information of the residential property management work. The system can provide a lot of convenience for residential property management practitioners and the owners. This is a mutual benefit thing. The Yunyiyuan residential property management system will make some contributions to the development of property management in our country, and provide technical support for scientific process for the property management work. We believe the residential property management intelligent system will constantly bring unlimited business opportunity for the economic and social development, and we will meet another spring for residential property management.
