Information management system is an information system engineering integrated with computer technology and network communication technology, information management system is slowly entering into the daily management of all walks of life for its convenient, fast and practical advantages. With the accelerated pace of urban construction and further in-depth of housing system reform, the amount of house management business increased rapidly, ownership changes Increasingly frequent, the level of house management businesses have gotten higher demands with all walks of life, information construction and with the real estate-related information system development has become the key to solving the problem.In recent years, house management department has a large number of business dealings with banks and guarantee corporation system in real estate mortgage loans, mortgage loans in the construction and operational costs of collection, of which bank's record information management has always been a difficult, during many years work, the banks and the company gradually built up a large number of documents and proof. Lack of an effective information management tools has become the bottleneck of the efficiency restrict housing department. How to effectively organize, manage, and record information on the use of banks, better achieve the external public service function, has become a real estate management sector faces major problems.In this paper, combined with the practical application of real estate operations, the banking filing system developed based on C / S model according to the objective of the bank file record completely freed bank record information from the traditional management methods. At the same time the banking filing system improved the work efficiency, reduced the probability of error and released workers form the heavy workload of staff.The banking filing system consists of the following modules.1 System Functional DesignA whole information management system includes data collection, information processing, information transmission and preservation of information. Banking recording system function includes System management, material management, personal assistant, and help. Moreover, these functions can be divided into system log management, configuration data link, distribution of competences, filing materials management, filing materials image management, system information prompt, personal address book, user help, system version information and the memorandum.2 Database designDatabase design includes the following steps: user needs analysis, database logical design, database physical design, database implementation and maintenance. Our system uses the Oracle 10g database when developed. In order to improve the efficiency, the whole data in the system can be classified as banking record, recording files, modify information, personal assistant and log table. All the data are stored in the four dictionary tables including the user table and five data table including the record information table.3 foreground system module developmentForeground system is the module used by users, which was developed with Delphi software. DELPHI has a visual integrated development environment (IDE), using object-oriented programming language ObjectPascal and component-based development structure framework. The whole system mainly consists of office bar, query bar and maintenance bar, which package all the functions that bank information filing system needed. Each function module reserved an interface for the system maintenance and updates.4 system security designThere are two high performance computers as the servers which have a large mount memory, fast computing speed and enhanced security. When a physical machine failed, the data can be recovery as soon as possible. When Oracle database run, all the redoing affairs log can be deserved which can facilitate the operation of undo and redo for the fault affairs. ORACLE database will save the redo log before the overlay when running in the ARCHIVELOG mode, and allow the expansion of recovery, including the designated time recovery.5 system backup and restoreThe main function and role of system backup and restore is to ensure the data recovery at any time point; to minimize data loss and to maximize the efficiency of the process of data backup.The way of data backup is usually a full and incremental backup. The system save the changed part based on the previous version. The full backup and every incremental backup are needed when system recover. Incremental backups use the way that backup every day and the data area are restore first and then reloading the data.This system used Symantec's Veritas backup system. VERITAS is the most professional backup system which offers the information industries'fastest backup and recovery rate according to currently available test results.The implementation of the bank information filing system project are as follows: preparation stage, the planning phase, requirements analysis phase, technical architecture design, database design, application development and testing phase. In the project preparation stage, the main work is to prepare materials and environment; major task of the planning stage is to discuss the entire objectives and phasing of banking information system; in requirements definition stage, the demand is researched and analysis. The technical architecture design mainly includes the design of logical architecture, physical architecture, data architecture, function modules. Database design is to complete the basic work including database development, data tables and related indexes establishment, as well as the database configuration.As a carrier of information integration, bank information filing system manage the whole relevant materials. As a data platform, the system not only deal with materials store, more importantly, but also works as a joint platform to link real estate section and banks. Therefore, there are some co-ordination problems during the actual implementation process, which still need improvement. And this is the main objective of future work.
