In the modern business management, salary management is an important part. How to effectively and efficiently manage salary directly affects the company’s development. After entering the information age, more and more companies’ salary management have been using electronic system. This new management system can promote the salary management.The paper designs and develops personnel wages management information system based on note sending. The main job is as follows, the first is to analyze the system background and the current situation of research at home and abroad. The second is to learn the related key technology, such as management information system technology, ASP.NET, C# andUML. The third is to analyze the requirement analysis and design of the system, and give user requirement. The system includes five management module, basic information management module, duty management module, reward and punishmeng management module, the title of the post management module, bulletin management and wages information management module. The paper designs the wages sending procedure based on bank transition which is the innovation.The paper also designs database and storage peocedure. The forth is implementing of the system. The paper uses visual studio.net platform to develop the system based on the system requirement analysis and design, and gives the key implementation technology. The fith is testing of system.The test of the system mainly base on Black Box Testing and select the important function to test the system.The system has been tested that the system is stable and can satisfy the demanding through application. And it has taken important action in the development of wages informationization.
