In this environment, taking GPS as a terminal, communication through theInternet, by the server for data processing and graphical way todisplay to the user of the vehicle monitoring system emerge as the times require. The traffic data collected by the intelligent vehicle monitoring data processing system can quickly, effectively and timely, thorough analysis, real-time data processing, to provide the required data for intelligent vehicle monitoring system, and thereal-time monitoring can timely provide distance thing scheduling management so the nearest patrol vehicles(no accident treatment) information, to provide the basis for scheduling, andimprove the level of management. The application value and therefore the system has higher.This topic is on the vehicle terminal acquisition positioninginformation for intelligent vehicle monitoring system, and then the real-time processing of the data. Intelligent vehicle monitoring system at all times in the collection and processing of large amounts of information, such as: the vehicle through rate, vehicle alarm, weather conditions, the user to reflect, accident treatment.How to use these valuable information resource and obtain useful knowledge, in order to better customer service, improve the systemof the management level, has been is an imminent problem. This paper mainly carries on the analysis to the intelligent transportation system, the design system is divided into three partsthe underlying hardware, server environment, intelligent transportation system; to have a more profound understanding ofthe use of method of erecting, all kinds of API for the entire server.In the data acquisition module to collect data as the data source,the realization of vehicle positioning data in the map on the real-time display and track playback, and do some study on the shortest path algorithm. The thesis based on B/S architecture, the use of network programming language PHP and Webpage script language JavaScript, uses the WMAP server environment, the establishment of a complete set of intelligent traffic monitoring data processing system of the server side, the GPS data processing,providing graphic information should be in accordance with the requirements of customers, and to test the system.Intelligent vehicle monitoring data processing system is completedon the number of traffic data collection in a timely manner to rapid,effective analysis, real-time data processing, to provide the required data for intelligent vehicle monitoring system. The implementation of the system can greatly improve the transportation efficiency, the safeguard traffic safety, offer the decision basis for public security, road and the related sectors,which can improve the traffic management level.
