| With the rapid development of IT information technology, the document management system oriented enterprise has been changed from C/S mode to B/S mode gradually. To some extent, it’s more convenient. But it exposures some problems. Compared to local application, the interfaces of enterprise-class document management system based on B/S mode is poor. And the date processing ability is relatively weak, So the user experience is very poor. As a kind of RIA, Flex can provide rich user experience for users. In this thesis,Based on Flex Combine the requirement of China Telecom company of Chengdu, we design and develop a Document management system. By using Flex technology the document management system has a good feature and has a good user experience.In this thesis we use Flex technology achieved an enterprise-class document management system. The main content is as follows:(1) Research and analysis the system architecture of Web application systems using RIA technology, including the technology of Adobe Flash/Flex.(2) Based on the demands of document management system, design the application system framework and modules including document management module, user management module, authorization management module, directory management module.(3) Analysis the database of the document management system, design the framework and main models of the document management system.(4) According to the framework and models we implement a document management system based on Web and test it.The system’s front-end uses Flex to display. The back-end server uses Tomcat 7.0. We use BlazeDS technology to communicate between front-end and server. The database software is SQL Server 2005. We use JDBC to access the database. The final test results show that the document management system using Flex technology is reliable and easy to use. |
