The Design And Implementation Of Student Achievement Management System

Information technology is widespread used in almost every field of the current society and plays an increasingly important role. As the frontiers of information technology, colleges and universities are pushing hard for the construction of informatization, which aims to promote education quality and work efficiency. However, as a critical chain of higher education, the management of student score tends to be ignored. Many schools are still adopting the conventional management. It is obvious that this method is unable to meet the needs of development trend in terms of score management.This thesis discusses the design and establishment of the score management system in Huanghe Science and Technology College. The system is designed on the basis of B/S architecture, realized via ASP technology and managed via SQL Server 2005 database. Requirement analysis is conducted firstly in this thesis mainly including the functional requirement analysis and non-functional requirement analysis of the student score management system in Huanghe S&T College.The student score management system consists of such functions as information management, score management, user login and so on. In the course of system testing, some faults are detected and then perfected until finally the system functions steadily and is easy to use.The student score management system in the college mentioned above is realized based on B/S architecture and the combination of information technology and database technology. It lays a solid foundation for the establishment of the student score management system. At present the system is available in the college and it turns out to meet the needs of the academic application.
