Accompanied by the information industry to speed up the development, with the aid of advanced technology of campus network infrastructure platform, many colleges and universities have started the management of the digital campus, campus identification is an important embodiment of this is the basic function of colleges and universities to implement the construction of campus informatization, became the prime symbol for the digital campus. Development campus identification system can be easily to teaching, scientific research, life, entertainment, logistics and other aspects of management, the construction of both open and flexibility of the service system in colleges and universities, effective.In recent years, it is because of efficient management of the construction of campus IC card function, some of the colleges and universities in our country has input financial and material resources for development and construction. However, this phenomenon is easy to breed the unhealthy practices, peer and follow the implementation of the operation will produce a lot of problems, or after the completion of the effect not beautiful. In this article, the author to participate in a university campus id the concrete experience of the construction process, as well as the implementation experience of other universities, to make research on the problem of, analysis of the development problems of campus IC card system, development plan of constructing the campus one-card system are presented.This paper first introduces the current situation of the construction of campus one at home and abroad, and think the campus id before improving fever retreated, but also has quite a lot of problems. The second chapter is mainly given in this paper mentioned some of the techniques, such as a virtual subnet, middleware, B/S and C/S structure, smart card, etc. Then introduces the research background and target, business and application domain and security in areas such as demand analysis, and according to the analysis conclusion, to make the whole system structure design, especially in the system overall design, network design, the service platform design and functional card design, design idea and basis are given. By design, to each process of the digital campus one careful analysis, such as the three layer system architecture, network topology structure, four support platform(management platform, settlement platform, control platform and fabrication platform.) When designing the system structure using B/S structure, supplemented by C/S structure of the design process, in the network topology is a smart card private network and the comprehensive utilization of virtual subnet; There are about one cartoon type, functions and internal data, and so on. In this paper, in the fifth chapter mainly analyzes the campus one-card system design, project design and storage design. The sixth chapter mainly analyzes the network security of IC card system design problem, there are mainly security system structure, the secret key generating system, smart card security, network security and information security systems, etc. The end this paper summarizes the campus one-card system project significance.
