The application of intelligent chip, brought new change to WSNs. The information which was obtain bye the sensor nodes is no longer a simple physical data, it can be the secret, in the secret may be private and sensitive information. The development of smart era has brought a huge amount of information, the development of Internet brings about the transparency of information, these behind it contains information leakage risks. Wireless sensor network as the low layer building, which undertakes the task of a large number of information collection and transmission, the secret information is not allowed to be intercepted, forged or tampered with. So the wireless sensor network information is not allowed outside the administrator access, information encryption scheme is the last line of defense to ensure data security, is a core value of technology in WSNs security.In this paper, the encryption technology is not only a simple data encryption, communication safety, but on the basis of data. Symmetric encryption algorithm to deal with the high efficiency to lead the field of data security; public key encryption algorithm with its unique key management in triumph in the pack, make the best use of the objective, the two different but complementary algorithm to combine the study has a very important value in theory and application. This paper through the research of the two, and combined with the advantage of FPGA, proposed and implemented AES-ECC security system under the environment of WSNs, the basic scheme for architecture, optimization scheme based on unit design.Continue to explore: in-depth analysis of the AES algorithm, the hardware algorithm for the premise, unit to optimize the key expansion, increasing the key anti derivation of difficulty; without feedback and parallel optimization, introduced the Pipelined design concept, selection method in the critical path is inserted into the register, the combinational logic is complex segmentation, realized the design of high frequency, after comprehensive testing, system achieves higher throughput. Research on ECC algorithm of KP, optimization of the scalar multiplication unit, improves the speed of computing scalar multiplication unit, realizes the design of FPGA ECC module. The combination of MD5 algorithm and the ECDSA signature theory, realized the identification module, through the construction of the basic unit, The final safety of the whole system was designed.
