Design And Implementation Of The Urumqi Technology Expert Database

The expert database is an important software for technology management department. With a large number of technical personnel are constantly emerging, the increasing technology talent for XinJiang and demand expansion for business, the original Urumqi science and technology expert database system has been unable to meet the business needs of the new situation, it is need to transform and upgrade.This paper introduces the design and implementation of Urumqi technology expert database. First,we use the unified software development process to analysis the needs of technology expert database and complete system design. By creating a large number of Unified Modeling Language(UML) figure and real instance to explain the methods of implementation and test. To build a business system using B/S mode, the business application is divided into presentation layer, business logic layer and data access layer. To ensure the scalability of the system we use design idea of MVC.The system adopts ASP.NET as the development platform and Microsoft ASP.NET MVC4.0 as technology architecture,we build SQL Server2008 database and use Visual Studio 2012 as compile tools which provides the reliable support.The system includes eight fuction modules:my information,expert management, announcement, data statistics, portal management, parameter setting, system setting, login. The system has mant features,like perfect function, friendly interface, convenient espansion for business,convenient espansion for maintenance and stability,which meet the management department of science and technology experts and business needs.It provide basic services and support for the Urumqi technology experts management and all kinds of activities in science and technology.
